ICSI Offer Package

Package Inclusions

  1. Only Start from the day 2 of the period (CD2) where the program will be starting for ICSI. 
  2. Consultation with in treatment cycle. 
  3. Laboratory Investigations during the Program. 
  4. Medications for the Program ***** as per the patients’ case and doctors’ prescription. 
  5. One time IVF/ICSI procedure and one time embryo transfer will be included to this offer. On the day of embryo transfer it is assumed that the procedure concludes. It is assumed that the couple have fully utilized the IVF/ICSI offer. 
  6. Medications on the day embryo transfer will be included to the offer. 
  7. Consultation with Anesthesiologist for clarifications for anesthesia will be free.

Package Exclusions

  1. Any medications not related to program will be chargeable (including Elonva) 
  2. Any extra medications like (IV fluid, pain killer, or antibiotics, ensure powder) after the transfer will be under the patient shoulder. 
  3. Testicular Biopsy or any other procedures not included in the offer. 
  4. Freezing of sperms and Embryo not included in the offer. (Freezing of Embryo chargeable only 150 RO (First Year Only) and Second Renewal 175 RO) 
  5. If the husband required any medications, not included to these offers. 
  6. PGD & PGS Services are excluding – (Optional by the patient) 
  7. If in any case, there is (big no. of eggs) retrieve during the ICSI procedure, it is best advised by the doctor that transfer will be done after 2 months in order for the patient to have enough rest. Related to this, freezing fees, visiting fees medications and blood tests of Day 2 and Day12 will be shouldered by the patient

Terms & Conditions

  1. This IVF/ICSI Cycle may get completed within 3-4 months from the date of starting the treatment or more depending on the patient’s case and condition.
  2.  Other offers availing patients are not allowed to take these offers; previous ongoing IVF patients are not allowed to take these offers. 
  3. Anyone who wants to take advantage of these offers must pay the full amount of OMR 1700 and join the offers at the time of their decision. 
  4. These offers are only restricted to one complete IVF/ICSI cycle.
  5.  Normal billing will carry on from day one of the treatment. All Original bills will be kept in patient’s file until the treatment completed. 
  6. Advance receipt will be issued to patient at the time of payment for full amount.
  7. Refund Policy:
    1. No refund for the patients who have completed Pick Up stage. 
    2. Refund may be applicable for those whose Pick up stage not done due to complications if any. 
    3. Any refunds will be based on amount consumed. If the amount consumed is lesser than the paid amount, then the difference will be paid back. If the amount consumed is more than the paid amount, then no refund.
    4. Refunds will be prepared within 3 months from the date of case closed.
  8.  Any medical issues other than IVF/ICSI cycle with husband and wife should be treated first before proceeding to IVF program. 
  9. Any other diseases treatments are not covered with these offers. During the IVF/ICSI program, if the couples identified for any specific diseases, the expense of treatment of those diseases shall not be covered with these offers. The couple have to treat other diseases separately either in Al Bushra if treatment is available or in another clinic. 
  10. Any patient who wants to avail these offers should have approval from IVF department
